Product Description

It is specially design for metal gouging applications. It can be used on AC/DC-/+ with stable arc. Easy strike and re-strike during chamfering and grooving. No air pressure or oxygen is required; work on our regular arc welding machine. The electrode produces a high energy arc which rapidly melts the base material and prepares the groove. Gouge all metals including cast iron, stainless steels, aluminium and copper.

Application :

Best for chamfering and gouging applications of metals and alloy which are difficult to machine. Removal of old weld deposit and rivets. Can gouge all metals including stainless steels, aluminium and copper. Applicable in both ferrous and non-ferrous foundries for the removal of risers and gates from castings and for cutting heavy scrap prior to remelting. No supplementary gases are required.
